Fabio De La Cruz embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship. Originally from Argentina, he immigrated to the United States and settled in Indianapolis after losing everything during the 2001 economic crisis, the worst in Argentina’s history. Starting with humble beginnings as a dishwasher at Don Pablo’s in Indianapolis, De La Cruz didn’t let early challenges diminish his drive. These experiences only strengthened his resolve and spurred his ambition.
Transitioning into real estate, he first mastered the role of a loan officer. In this capacity, he learned about investing—a revelation that profoundly changed his life. As a perpetual learner, De La Cruz became deeply engrossed in the subject, his passion for it growing by the day. From starting his investing career in residential real estate, he expanded into commercial properties and broader business ventures.
Today, with more than two decades of experience in capital allocation, he remains as enthusiastic as ever. His ability to discover potential and through his company, change the lives of countless people, is a testament to his enduring commitment. De La Cruz’s guiding principle of putting “People before capital” shapes his innovative approach to revitalizing traditional spaces. With a robust background spanning Accounting, Manufacturing, ERP systems implementations, Distribution, Internal Audit, and accounting management, Robert has held various accounting roles throughout his career.

Deborah Denman is a dynamic and highly motivated professional whose career is characterized by extensive experience in sales management, recruiting and real estate. Her journey spans more than three decades, during which she has honed her skills in negotiation, creative problem-solving, business development, sales management and customer service. Her tenure as a Mortgage Loan Originator underscores her expertise in overseeing transaction processes, originating mortgage loans and ensuring compliance with changing laws and regulations, further establishing her as a knowledgeable and resourceful professional in the field.
Before her current role, Deborah also contributed profoundly to the real estate industry through her leadership positions at Prudential Indiana Realty Group and Century 21 at the Crossing, where she was responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring new agents across multiple offices, developing marketing programs and participating in the sales process to enhance company exposure and sales. She hired Fabio De La Cruz as a realtor giving him his start in the industry. Beginning her career as the Vice President and Owner of Ivy Homes, Inc. Deborah’s journey reflects her entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to excellence in the real estate and finance sectors. Her knack for recognizing and cultivating relationships makes her the heart of Sojos Capital.

Seanne brings a wealth of experience and expertise in property management and recruitment to her role as Head of Recruiting and Human Resources at Sojos Capital.
Certified as an Apartment Manager (CAM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and SHRM Certified Recruiter, Seanne is exceptionally equipped to lead the company’s HR and recruitment strategies.
Before joining Sojos Capital in July 2024, Seanne served as a Regional Property Manager at Lauth Communities, where she successfully managed a portfolio of over 1,081 units. Her responsibilities included ensuring financial integrity, driving revenue growth, and spearheading personnel management and marketing initiatives. Seanne’s impressive career also includes key roles such as Operations & Recruiting Manager at Pro Source Home Buyers, Regional Operations Director at Elevation Property Management, and Associate Vice President/Director of Talent Acquisition at Bluestone Properties.
With a solid foundation in business administration from Indiana Business College, Seanne is well-prepared to drive success in her new role at Sojos Capital. She is passionate about connecting with top talent and contributing to the company’s mission of transforming neighborhoods into vibrant Class A Lifestyle Communities.
