Fabio De La Cruz’s journey is a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit. Originally from Argentina, De La Cruz moved to the United States and eventually settled in Indianapolis. His early days in Indianapolis were humble, starting as a busboy at a Don Pablo’s restaurant. This initial struggle did not deter him; instead, it fueled his ambition. De La Cruz transitioned into the real estate industry, where he honed his skills as a loan officer and appraiser before quickly becoming a top-producing real estate agent in his very first year.
Now with more than 20 years of experience, De La Cruz has developed expertise across various sectors, including real estate and business. Focused on strategic decision-making, De la Cruz recognizes that sustaining long-term success lies in prioritizing people’s needs. Susan plays a pivotal role in managing high-stakes decisions, ensuring that complex projects come together smoothly and on schedule.
Her background in securing millions of dollars in earned media and running large-scale campaigns translates seamlessly into her current role. Susan’s adaptability, combined with her sharp problem-solving skills, makes her an invaluable resource in navigating complex challenges and ensuring the company’s initiatives are executed with precision and purpose.

Deborah Denman is a dynamic and highly motivated professional whose career spans more than three decades, marked by extensive experience in sales management, recruiting, and real estate. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence, Deborah owned her own homebuilding company, Ivy Homes, Inc., where she served as Vice President and Owner, showcasing her business acumen and drive. Additionally, she was instrumental in expanding and strengthening Century 21 at the Crossing; her efforts in recruiting and team-building were pivotal to the successful sale of the franchise, where she brought hundreds of real estate agents to the company.
Her career reflects her passion for leadership and mentorship; she played a pivotal role in the real estate industry through her leadership positions at Prudential Indiana Realty Group and Century 21, where she recruited, trained, and mentored new agents across multiple offices, developed impactful marketing programs, and participated actively in the sales process to enhance company visibility and success. Her journey underscores her talent for negotiation, creative problem-solving, and relationship-building, making her an invaluable asset to Sojos Realty, where her ability to recognize and nurture relationships remains at the heart of the company’s success.

Seanne Spangenburg brings a wealth of experience to her role as Vice President of Property Management. Certified as an Apartment Manager (CAM) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Seanne has spent years leading property management teams and ensuring the success of large real estate portfolios.
Before joining Sojos Realty, Seanne oversaw 10,000 units across 12 states at Bluestone Properties, driving revenue growth and improving operations. She also served as a Regional Property Manager at Lauth Communities, overseeing more than 1,081 units, driving revenue growth, ensuring financial integrity, and leading marketing and personnel initiatives. Seanne is passionate about transforming neighborhoods into vibrant, community-oriented spaces, ensuring that each property she manages is a place where people thrive. Seanne is instrumental in transforming neighborhoods into vibrant, Class A lifestyle communities. She excels at managing complex property operations and fostering environments that contribute to the success and well-being of tenants, all while ensuring that Sojos Realty’s properties remain premier assets within the market.

Prenashee Collins brings a broad range of experience to her role at Sojos Realty. With more than a decade of leadership in property management and strategic initiatives, Prenashee’s passion lies in fostering growth and driving positive impact. Prior to Sojos Realty, Prenashee was the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Compliance at TBAIN & Co., where she led growth-focused, sustainable initiatives and managed innovative projects in media and entertainment.
Earlier in her career, Prenashee worked with Bluestone Properties, where she was known for her leadership in recruiting and developing teams, as well as improving operations. In other leadership roles, she contributed significantly as National Training & Culture Specialist, developing sales and operations training programs that shaped a culture of growth and collaboration across the organization. Her commitment to empowering people and achieving growth has shaped her career, making her a natural fit at Sojos as she continues to bring creativity and leadership to every project.

Mary’s extensive background includes managing high-profile projects like Underground Atlanta where she transformed an abandoned mall and distressed area in downtown into a vibrant urban hub. She excelled in activating empty spaces to engage the community, implementing leasing strategies, placemaking initiatives and optimized property management processes. Her ability to negotiate multi-million dollar leases and manage complex projects has earned her a stellar reputation. Mary’s combination of strategic vision and hands-on management makes her a crucial part of the team at Sojos Realty, aligning perfectly with their mission to revitalize The Square in Indianapolis.
